By accessing and using RangeLogger ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Use License

RangeLogger grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal shooting practice tracking and analysis.

You may not:

  • Modify or copy the App materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer any software in the App
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
  • Transfer the materials to another person or mirror on any server

User Accounts

To use RangeLogger, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

User Content

You retain all rights to the content you create in RangeLogger (shooting data, photos, notes, etc.). By using the App, you grant us the right to store and process this content to provide the service.

You agree not to upload or create content that:

  • Violates any laws or regulations
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains malicious code or viruses
  • Harasses or harms other users

Acceptable Use

RangeLogger is intended for lawful shooting practice tracking. You agree to:

  • Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Follow all firearm safety rules and local regulations
  • Use the App only for legitimate shooting sports and practice
  • Not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous service, but we do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times. We may:

  • Modify or discontinue features with notice
  • Limit certain features for technical or security reasons

Limitation of Liability

RangeLogger is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

  • Any damages arising from use or inability to use the App

  • Interruption of service

Safety Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: RangeLogger is a tracking and analysis tool only. It does not provide firearm safety training or advice. Always follow proper firearm safety protocols, seek professional instruction, and comply with all local laws and regulations.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RangeLogger and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms
  • Remove content that violates these terms
  • Discontinue the service with reasonable notice

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or deleting your account through the App settings.

Changes to Terms
